• Expertise: Optical-Electronic IC & Systems; Hardware/Software integration; Image Quality, HMI/UX Design; new product and technology strategy; R&D and corporate management; Bio-FET Sensor technology.

Dr. Su is a recognized leader in biologics development, honored with the National Innovation Award, the WuXi Biologics Leading Management Award , and the Hansoh Pharma Gold Lecturer Award.

• Background: Led cross-functional teams through multiple large-molecule drug technology transfers, production line scale-up, and international licensing agreements totaling over USD 3 billion.

• Expertise: CMC management and bioprocess development; commercialization of Bio-FET biochip technology.
